great bathroom, great location,

beds not grey to sleep in, dirty pots, muck in the oven m, you away to relax not clean up after some one else, there was what looked like sick on the carpets places, muck on the pillows, and when you talk to owners the attitude is not great, I paid far less I got far more, unless your going for a party weekend, avoid

The property location was excellent in relation to the city and centre and Pond’s Forge. The hosts were excellent, accommodating any additional requests in a timely manner.

More utensils required for the size of the property advertised. We were fine, but a larger group of 6 would require additional knives, forks and spoons.

Stairs are very steep - if you have mobility issues this place isn't for you 3rd bed is very uncomfortable and it's too small for 2 people House states it sleeps 6 but there is about 3 items of each crockery, 3 chairs around the dining table and not enough seating in the living room for all No curtains in the living room for the sofabed Listing states toiletries are included but the handwash was empty and there was only bubble bath The listing also states there is a snack bar onsite - bit misleading as all we had were teabags Although being close to town is a perk, the downside is loud drunken people walking home after a night out making lots of noise
