Charlotte House, entire private house, close to city centre, WiFi

Property in a great location for Sheffield city centre. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds were lovely and bedding fresh. Kitchen well equipped although a few items missing for 4 people. Nice touch to have homemade bread and snacks on arrival. Overall excellent stay just a few touch ups to make it better. We would return if issues sorted.

The entrance garden and rear garden really untidy. Rear garden floods due to blocked drain and the lawn is unfit for purpose with used Ariel and wires all over. Needs a lot of maintenance. Astroturf/fake grass would be a good idea in that size garden. Due to the sun shining through the front room window we couldn’t watch the TV, blinds or curtains would be a good idea. We were unlucky to have an internet outage while we were there and due to this we could not watch the tv as it was via a firestick.

Location was walking distance from work. Shops are just a few minute walk away. Welcoming and verry helpfull owner. Rooms were spot on. Had everything we needed. All in all a great stay and would definitely recomend.

Not realy a disslike but we Could not adjust the shower head position so the water was shooting straight accross to the wall and water trails accross the back of the bath and down to the floor.

It's newly refurbished, it has a lot of light, the host is very attentive and is there if you have any problems, and even offered me homemade bread!

There are no coat hangers, and in my room there was no bedside lamp
