Amalfi Venere house -balcony & seaview

We loved the quite peaceful village. The property was lovely and had all the things you need to cook. Once we worked out the buses the distance from Amalfi was not a problem. A heads up from the property manager about the distance from Amalfi and how to get there before we arrived would have been helpful. Eduardo was welcoming and knowledgeable and really made our stay lovely.

The hot water service was an issue but was fixed quickly. Check in was stressful because the address was wrong and we think a few photos of the front door would have been very helpful. A key safe to access the key would also make it easier rather than waiting for someone to let us in.

Amalfi Venere house was our oasis! The apartment itself is stunning as were the views. It is tastefully decorated, spacious and very well appointed. Being up in the little town of pogerola was a wonderful place to spend our evenings. The regular bus service made it easy to access, although we chose to walk down the steps into Amalfi town each morning.

Loved it all! The hosts Vincenzo and Eduardo were extremely helpful.

The stairs to this apartment are intense and to go up to catch the bus to Amalfi there are 273 steps from the apartment I would not recommend to any one with mobility issues or lack of stamina

There are a lot of stairs to get to the property. We were unlucky they were repairing the street and had to walk even more

Spacious apartment with complete kitchen, 2 bed- and 2 bathrooms and a balcony with an amazing view. It is a bit high up, so lots of stairs and / or bus rides to take. The village is lovely with enough shops and restaurants. All major attractions within reach, but really nice and quiet and with an authentic feel.

Directions on how to get there for the first time could be more clear, but help in the form of the host was on the way!

Amazing view, fully equipped kitchen and overall nicely renovated apartment. It is located in a small village 800 stairs up the hill, free from crowds. Great family owned cafes nearby.

Edwardo is very gentle and helpful. And it's location. To all ik pogerola one can find good places to eat and buy food much much cheaper then the remaining areas. Try da gerry very good and helpful

To arrive in the location is not easy as there are lots of staris and to hire a car is not worth the hassle. Taxi are very expensive but the bus services are very, very good.

Very pleasant and comfortable renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a beautiful sea and mountain view.

Location is high above Amalfi near Pogerola. A thousand steep and unequal steps or a 15 minute-walk from the 15 min bus ride to Amalfi center. If you come by car as we did, beware of the last mile on a two-way road which can only accommodate one car at a time in width and of the 40 euros per night parking fee.

We had to rent the moped, the house is not reachable by foot, too many stairs, crazy far and the price is insane for the deal. I would not book it again
