"Overbooked without any communication."

Nothing. The place was overbooked, so I couldn't stay. The owner didn't bother to tell me that he was overbooked and that I should look for an alternate place to stay.

Everything. At least tell me before that there is no more space for me. Or maybe it was because I am black.
