"We left without checking in, because they did not have the room we booked."

Nothing

They did not even know we were coming, and blamed it on Booking.com. They mentioned they can make a plan, but had horrible, half-built room options. We left without staying or saying goodbye. Very unprofessional, unfriendly, and the house looked very dirty.
