Heila's in house Family room-Homestay!

The place was ok considering the price it served the purpose of a safe place with my family, it's not luxury

The cats in the house, it was too much

Not able to answer because only on arrival were we told the room was not available despite numerous calls to inform of our progress

That after an exhausting long trip we were told that room was not available.. The alternative was a place really below standard where we were told that Heilas often does this because they double book. Heilas also told us we must sneak our pet into the alternative place!!

The staff is really friendly and welcoming . It’s a nice quiet place

More double beds than single bed rooms

We booked the stay but when we reached there, they say that they can't accommodate us as they have their celing fell down. They did not arrange any alternate arrangements for our stay.
