"Bad"

I didn’t like anything about the property because we never got to stay there

I booked this property for my sister. She got they to told there was no suite available for her. She was literally kicked out. She was left stranded and very vulnerable I called the property number and there was no response. I called booking.com and they also tried to call property and also did not get an answer. My sister had to find alternative accommodation which cost £197. I want a full refund for the money I paid and compensation as promised by booking.com adviser.

"Madrid airport overnight stay"

I arrived late into Madrid airport and so had to spend the night near the airport for my rearranged flight the next day. I booked through the app, and even though it was quite late, the hostess was very helpful.

The place that I stayed at wasn't the one advertised. It just meant I had to walk from the one advertised. Luckily it was nearby.

"Very bad"

I was very disappointed with this accommodation. They did not give me room information and arranged accommodation for me with anyone including the building security. They asked for payment in advance which was a scam. I am very sad that you have such a rogue partner.

"Avoid this place. Unhelpful and rude staff"

My worst experience with booking.com. The information is misleading on their page on booking.com. It suggests that they have a check-in service. In the property policy section, there is no info on checking. After making reservation, they called me to tell the checking info. I told them to write send messages through booking messaging service what to do. Also, I told them that I will arrive in between 7-8 PM. In the message they sent in the booking.com messaging service they told me that there is no local check-in service at the premise, but I should send the photos of IDs to their email address. Unfortunately, they gave me a wrong email address. Although I sent the photos of our IDs to the email they gave me, they did not receive it because of their own mistake. But they didn't signal through the messaging system of booking that they didn't receive the photos of IDs, and until they don't receive them, they won't allow us to occupy the premise, despite the fact that I have already paid for it. In time I wrote them a message in the Booking.com messaging system that we will arrive at 8:30 to check in. No answer. Upon arrival, the doorman of the apartment complex told us that he had not received permission from the owner of the apartment to give us keys. When I contacted them through the booking messaging service, they told me that they won't allow me to occupy the room until I send the photos of IDs to their email. I sent them again, unfortunately, as they gave us bad email, it arrived to an unknown person, but they did not receive it for this reason. I called them several times, but they did not pick up the phone. After half an hour of deadlock, I called the central service of Booking.com. The person from Booking.com discovered that they gave me a wrong email address and that is why they did not receive the photos of the IDs.

"Do not recommend"

Close to the airport

- This is NOT for 4 people. The sofa bed is for one person, and even so it’s incredibly uncomfortable because it has a huge beam in the middle. - The check in was a nightmare. The host requested us to call them, but we did not have a SIM card to make local calls. I suggested to call via WhatsApp, but instead they made me find the apartment’s doorman that was not informed of our stay. It was 12 midnight, and the number and address listed in Booking is incorrect. First, we arrived at the wrong location, and had to Uber to the new location, and when we tried to call from the doorman’s phone, there was no answer. - The AC took way too long to cool the room. Also, the filters probably have to be changed. Three out of the four of us had a sore throat after our stay.

"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone"

I didn’t like anything about this place.

Nothing, to start the person in charge was rude and disrespectful. I got stuck in the bathroom after I took the shower(the door was broken and she didn’t mention anything about the door), my nice called 10 times and she didn’t answer, when she did answer her question was “did someone hung up itself because you guys keep calling? My niece explained I was stuck inside the bathroom and I instead of trying to solve the problem she asked for proof. Really? My family found the way to take me out of the bathroom because she didn’t do anything to solve the problem. When I called her she said she doesn’t have to answer the phone every time we call and that door was like that because of vandalism people like me, Seriously? She doesn’t even know me, I didn’t even see her face. This women shouldn’t have this business, she is disrespectful, rude, nasty and doesn’t know how to treat costumers. The bed sheets had yellow stains that looks like pee, and they were dirty; I don’t think she didn’t even bother to clean for her costumers. That’s disgusting. I took pictures. The light in the living room where she has a sofa bed was not working, those mattresses really uncomfortable, it’s like sleeping on a wood.
