Well-furnished, clean apartment located in a quiet area. Extremely fast internet connection. Great lounge area to wait if you arrive early. No lack of public transport & food options nearby. Very good value overall.

The bedding should be changed (burn marks) and laundry detergent should be provided. There should also be more communication from the host regarding the check-in process. I didn't experience any major problems such as lack of hot water or heating that were mentioned in other reviews.

Nobody to tell us we're to go.had to ring up to be told key under door mat,nothing to sit on in the lounge. Bed was the worst we had slept on. The door handled hanging off to the bathroom plug sockets broken There is only 1 bed sheet and a very thin single quilt plus 1 top blanket

Cleaning was very poor.

After consistent follow up, Property people, able to provide Lights in Living Room, Changed bathroom shower, Changed Microwave. No maintenance. We struggled by paying money and later rectified by them.

With Great difficulty able to enter the property. Not informed Block No. Flat No. in advance. House is at Outside temperature 10 degree celcius. Security do not know the flat number. We spent OUR VALUABLE TIME and able to rectify the defects of the house. They chat only whenever they want to reply. Difficult to contact property people. REFUSED TO PROVIDE TAX INVOICE.
