It was far,not as per photos,sewage problem, no phone inside room,stinking, flies,mosquitoes and I paid 11000 for 1 day not worth staying,really I am unhappy with the amount of booking, booking.com has really given me wrong deal

No, absolutely no value for money

Hi Booking.com support team, I am writing to ask what the criteria is for listing this property at 10k per room. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this property for anything more than 4k per day. This stay has seriously made me question the credibility of Booking.com when choosing future accommodations. The entire experience was highly unpleasant for my family and me. I am attaching the original images, including (Reception shed), to show the reality of the property. It felt less like a resort and more like a basic lodge, despite booking it for four people. There was a complete lack of professionalism and hospitality, raising safety concerns for us. Basic facilities were missing, and there was virtually no staff to assist us; we felt entirely isolated in an unfamiliar place. For instance, there is no staff present from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM at what they call the reception (which is just a makeshift shed). Furthermore, while some online reviews praised the restaurant and food, my experience was the complete opposite. The menu was extremely limited, offering fewer basic breakfast items than what standard hotels or resorts provide. The cleanliness and the behavior of the restaurant staff reminded me of hostel life. Because of this terrible experience, I will not recommend this property to anyone, and I am reconsidering using Booking.com for my upcoming trips.

Completely utter failure.. Anyone stayed once they never came back again or never suggested to anyone.

Toilet flesh not working , not cleaned properly , complimentary breakfast is nothing ,zero
