Easy access to cleveley

Needs a touch up on paint & stairs to top bedroom are very creaky

Lovely property, near by pubs & shops.

Modern looks, close to the sea front, easy key acess, helpful owners,

Local area felt abit dodgey. Overnight parking was on the path outside the front door that anyone can park on. Shower head leaked spraying up the ceiling, toilet seat cracked, stairs were very creaky. Roku tv was abit of a faff to set up.

Great location 5 minutes from Cleveleys, great communication from the owner, very helpful. Cute apartment everything you need for a nights stay.

Opening the front door and finding a dirty brush in the hall..the TV is a nightmare to set up..didnt help that the batteries in the remote were nearly dead! Bit of paint peeling off the walls, and dirty skirting boards..

The property was just what we needed for an overnight stay plenty of room on this second floor dwelling and being close to amenities trams and seafront was within a few minutes walk, always love the arcade games was just great. Didn't have any problems with parking and felt safe. We would stay again.

Not alot to dislike of a dwelling of this size, everything seemed okay no noise during the night.

The place was spotless nothing to complained about with regards to cleanliness, tea coffee and sugar provided which was nice. Clean towels, comfortable beds and settee. The parking was great and the area was close to amenities.

The television was a pain to work out, I've never came across a set up like that befor you have to connect to the Internet and sign in for your duration before it will let you watch it. The heating was not good at all it would only stay ony for a maximum of 2 hours then turn off. The heater in the front downstairs room didnt even work so It was freezing going to bed and waking up. The rest of the apartment was also freezing when you wake up as the heating shutt off after 2 hours, so I didnt enjoy the stay as much as Id hoped to be honest. It takes a while for the place to warm up as the heaters are electric. Waking up freezing and then having to wait for the place to warm up is not ideal, especially when you have to leave for work by the time it's finally warmed up.
