Good location, beds comfortable

Dirty, damp, no blind in bathroom, cold for the first 24 hours. TV had no arial had to sign into apps to watch any programme

The location and the ease of obtaining the keys was excellent. The accommodation was excellent with a king size bed on the 1st floor and the upstairs with a large bed and single bed. It was comfortable and relaxing.

Had problem with the wifi but resolved in after two days. Door handle to the 1st floor bedroom came off in my hand, could still used and reported the problem. These are minor issues, which did not detract from an enjoyable stay.

Nice modern kitchen area and big bedrooms. Kids liked having the quirky upstairs room in the apartment.

There was no soap in the bathroom dispenser.

The price was very reasonable. Quiet area. Large apartment with upstairs bedroom too. Lovely firm bed in the main bedroom. Very modern decor and large comfy sofa. Within walking distance to Cleveleys town centre, the beach and the local cinema. Close to transport links. I would stay here again and have recommended to our family and friends.

It wasn’t cleaned! We reached out to be told staff we come out and clean and the put a fancy bow on the toilet roll sprayed air freshener and went not happy we paid a lot of money
