Beach Apartments - 1st Floor Cleveleys

Lovely apartment with everything you need to make yourself at home. Clean and well looked after. Close to the town centre and walking distance to the tram stop to travel abit further.

I missed in the special instructions that the property booking requires a deposit of £100 before you arrive. I can understand the reason behind it and I received the deposit back after my stay but I did miss the information when booking so just a heads up.

Not enough sears

It was easy to access, just the right size for a family of five. Good off road parking! Walking distance to shops and tram stop into Blackpool. Once figured out the WiFi it worked well. Plenty of blankets if needed. Beds were comfortable. The flat was quite spacious

THE SQUEAKY STAIRS! Leading to the upper attic bedroom were the loudest I’ve ever encountered. A hair dryer would be a bonus. Not filthy but a few little niggles, ie; mop in bathroom (which is needed as shower has no door although it’s big, once five of you go through it the floor gets a little wet) was rotten and disintegrated!

Like it all as very near to beach.

There was a seagull who had baby’s right outside and had to keep blinds closed

Very clean and comfortable, used as we were travelling to see family in the area and will definitely use again. It was a lot bigger than expected, also had bedding, towels, plenty of blankets, kids toys, tea coffee sugar (I wasn't expecting), tea towel, cloth, sponge, washing up liquid etc

Location was OK however, the street was very noisy, lots of drama, fights and nuisance going on outside obviously not something the vendors can control.

Bedding was badly stained (its obvious this isnt changed between guests as the person whom has stayed the day after us has complained of the exact same staining) as pictured, blinds were dirty as pictured, full apartment was dirty, I had to clean it to feel reasonably ok to stay though I did look for somewhere as We didnt want to stay. Complained to the vendor as sofas smelt of sick. Tv had no channels (had to log into our own netflix), Internet didn't work until we the vendor provided a different log in. Bathroom had a stain on the floor as pictured, i wouldn't like to guess what it was. Walls had paint missing. Said it isn't pet friendly however lounge rug was covered in short black hairs. Black curly hair on bathroom floor. hot water in kitchen was temperamental. Stairs leading to upper bedroom seem unsafe and very loud. Skirting boards unclean. Pans and plates were unclean. Cupboard holding the pans smelt really bad when you opened the cupboard. No where to do make-up, no hair dryer available. Beds were all singles (2 beds pushed together to make a double).

Very dirty, rice on the floor and what appeared to be blood stains on the bedding. And the WiFi would not work.
