Am sunat, am vorbit cu propietarul despre rezervare, ora de check-in, mi-a confirmat si la 2 minute de la confirmare am primit mesaj ca locația nu mai este disponibila😠.

Nu am putut contacta gazda deci nu am dormit în locație cu toate că am plătit anticipat. Doresc returnarea banilor, plătiți în avans, deoarece nu am beneficiat de serviciu

Chiar dacă am rezervat din timp, chiar înainte cu o zi, am primit e-mailul prin care eram informați că nu ne mai poate primi. Am sunat imediat proprietarul dar nu a binevoit să ne răspundă. Foarte neplăcut, foarte necivilizat. Plata fusese făcută de o săptămână, deja !!! Vedem noi cum facem cu recuperarea banilor !!!
