Extremely disappointed. I didn't get the chance to see the place, as no one responded to my message on Booking.com regarding the address and check-in time. When I called, the person who answered was very rude, and the only thing I was told was that someone was currently cleaning the apartment and that a message would be sent to me on Booking.com when the place was ready—and this was happening around 2 p.m. I waited for a few more hours, and not even at 6 p.m. did I get any further communication from the place, so I had to look for another place to stay. Definitely not a great experience.

No Water Boiler, just one knife, less cooking Equipment, No towel and damp cloth, No Table in the sitting rooms, No bed light The explanation to find the place was Just in romanian and without any Pictures for a non romanian foreigner hard to find. We needed help from neighbours and Strangers The WiFi Passwort ist difficult (with a dot inside etc and maybe in brackets ?) and we could not recieve the Wifi

I liked the location, it's just perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance from everything.

I didn't like that it wasn't clean - you could see mold in the bathroom, the trash from the previous guests was still in the kitchen, there was no possibility to make coffee, the couch in the living room was dirty, there was hair all over the place on the floor and I also didn't like the pillows, they were very uncomfortable.

Only the location was central.

The apartment was not clean. In the kitchen, there was no proper household equipment. For example, there was no kettle, cups, wine glasses, etc. In the bathroom, there were no face towels. There were no sheets for the second person sleeping on the couch. I informed the person in charge on the 16th of June and where there were none and asked as on the 23rd of June that he should put the sheets in, as for the kettle. He did not respond to my request. He completely ignored us. The apartment was not clean. Both times, we used it. We were not at all happy with our stay in your apartment.

The stay was nice and they were very helpful and patient with all our questions.

The address can be more precise. It would be nice to add a map

Excellent location

1) I requested address from the host of the apartments several times and unfortunately no reply. I got address only a few hours before arrival after telephone call. 2) Dirty, dusty, cobwebs, lots of hair on the floor. In the kitchen under the cupboards there are pieces of food and wine bottle corks from previous guests. 3) Mold in shower cabin, clogged drain and water doesn't drain. Toilet seat is broken. The cistern leaks and can be heard in the bedroom. 4)There's a dirty couch in the living room. The curtain on the window is missing. There are no bulbs in the floor lamps and the main light is dim. 5) Photo #12 is not an apartments building and not related to the apartments. 6)The owner should pay attention to the cleanliness of the apartments and improve the quality of cleaning. The shower room should be renovated. Photo attached
