"Host scam"

Nothing. I was mugged.

After i've texted the host to inform them that i'm on my way to the property i received a text from them saying that the booking is cancelled and i'll get a refund for the money i paid. I asked him a couple more questions but no answers. So i had to find a different place to stay for me and my family. The host didn't answer back. Like nothing.... Customer service from booking.com is useless. It is impossible to speak to someone on a chat or phone.
