The location was really great. It was only a leisurely 15 min walk to the heart of historic downtown. It made things so convenient because you didn't have to drive in and search for parking. It was also such a warm and "homey" place in a very quiet neighborhood. Very inviting and comfortable.

Booked the house in the last minute after the initial property we booked cancelled on us. The house is spacious which allowed us to spread out. The location is great, on a quiet street but walking distance to most of the historic area and a short driving distance to the beaches.

We rarely book houses on vacation so it's difficult for me to know what to expect. I however felt that the house felt "tired" and not very clean, with diffusers trying to mask the smell of humidity (?). We were provided with Wi Fi credentials, however the network wasn't discoverable until we figured out that Wi Fi button wasn't turned on on the router itself. The TV in the living room wasn't working, with the Roku stick plugged in but not connected to anything. Are guests expected to set up the Roku stick and log on to their own Roku accounts? Coffee machine was present but neither filters nor coffee pods were provided. Overall, it felt like the property could've been improved with more attention to details.

There is no access to the backyard. You have to take the side door and walk around the house. Makes cooking out a hassle. Plus the weeds were taking over the path. No biggie for us, but some, it may be a problem.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was exactly as described. The home was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed it so much already booked next 4th of July for our family to meet up and spend some quality time together again.
