The location was great. Walking distance from downtown. Cute cafe on the corner.

Parking was difficult with the neighbors across the street parking on the street. I was blocked in a couple times.

Location in reference to amphitheater ,3 bed/2 bath

The over grown landscape. It has a nice patio but difficult to get to. The bathtub is very slippery & both bathrooms need grab bars…..accident waiting to happen. For the price we paid the property owner could pay for CABLE TV for a year. We had to get the TV from bedroom & put it in living room. The pillows were awful & mattress to hard.

The house was so clean and comfortable, the location was quiet ant convenient. Everything was provided, really couldn't ask for more. We will be staying here when we visit St. Augustine in the future.

"St Augustin cottage"

The house was very clean and great for our stay. Only improvments I would say is the kitchen was stocked "below average" . We didnt find any pot holders or baking dishes of any sorts...silverware was limited. Also the back patio looked very nice but the path to get there was very over grown so we didn't use it. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and location.
