We loved the cleanliness, spaciousness and location of the house. Having car parking helped tremendously.

The bedroom with the bunker beds is very uncomfortable for an adult. Get rid of the top bed. One of the dining room chairs was broken. The coffee maker was not working properly.

The location and the floor plan.

The beds were uncomfortable and the kitchen wasn‘t really equipped for cooking if you stay longer. Glasses for 5 persons, no coffee or water bottles as a welcome to get started. Too expensive for the value. Outdated furniture and stained mattresses.

Location was outstanding! Cute and clean.

With most Air bnb or VRBO rentals, there are some niceties out. Like coffee essentials. We normally have a nice basket prepared for us. Not a requirement, just a nice touch. The owner rectified our no wash cloths issue but the coffee pot was broken so we had to rig it ourselves. Also when. We removed the bedding our mattress was urine stained. Not smelly at all. The stains were obviously old, but it should be replaced. There were a couple of other broken items, but they didn’t affect us at all. The owner seemed concerned and I’m sure he will take care of it all.

Location was nice. A little bit of a walk to downtown, but very doable.

There is a nice backyard at the house, but very tough to get to. We didn't use it for that reason, but it would have been nice to sit at the table back there and enjoy.

It was a nice layout with an open floor plan so anyone in the kitchen could interact with anyone in the living room. It was nicely upgraded.

Many of the area houses could have used some loving care. There was only one extra roll of toilet paper for both bathrooms. We had to go buy more. There was no way to turn on the light to the back patio, and getting to the back patio was a challenge because of the location of the door and the overgrown foliage.
