Modern, Upscale, and New Blue Bungalow in the heart of Downtown St Augustine

It was easy to get to nice little home walking distance from a lot of stuff

Nothing to complain about

Fantastic location and host was responsive and helpful. Size of home is great for families! Overall comfortable and cute.

There was a faint smell of either smoke or possibly mold that seemed to heighten our allergies.

It was a lovely quiet place on a peaceful street. Great to have a kitchen and relax in the day. The Blue Hen Cafe on the corner was delicious and treated us like locals on our second visit.

We liked the property. The living area was roomy and clean but the en-suite needs a little bit of TLC with a lick of paint. If I’m being picky then the ducts could have done with a good clean.

Great location

First time renting from Booking.com. Usually go with Airbnb or VRBO..very disappointed! Front porch and backyard grill area were filthy! Uncovered stains on mattress. Couldn’t walk in bare feet because the floors were also filthy. Very sparse on supplies..not even a broom to possibly clean the porch or grill area. No cable TV or any type of radio..games. Not kid friendly either..fortunately we didn’t have any!!

Location

The only thing is good use some mirrors in the rooms.

Quiet neighborhood, clean and roomy and close to all the historic sites.

Cannot think of anything we did not like
