"Great place to stay"

The house was in a great place we were minutes away from everything's we wanted to see and do. Walked several places too.

The only thing that was not good was the parking on the street. There is nothing you can do about it. Streets were small. We made it work. The only thing was getting the check-out information the morning we left, getting them before the last day would be better.

"Weekend get away"

The home is nicely furnished and seems to be in a safe neighborhood. Like the ceiling fans in the master and second bedrooms. Proximity to attractions, shops, and entertainment.

No ceiling fan in the bedroom with bunks and seemed to be the warmest room. Yard refuse, trash can, and lawn mower were on the front lawn. Had to search each of the closests to find the towels. Street is not very wide and over growth was a barrier to seeing oncoming traffic.

The location was absolutely great. The house was gorgeous and beyond clean when we arrived. It was immediately apparent that this would be a comfortable stay while visiting the City. Great communication with management/owner. He was extremely professional and took pride in making sure we had the best experience possible.

The house itself was a beautiful home and the host was very nice and helpful in everything I needed

The master bath light would not stay on- it blinked on and off, it was a little snakey to go to the back porch- the grounds really needed a good cleaning up to get back there, and it wasnt as close to walk to the old city locations for shopping and eating as I thought that it was.

Location, comfortable, modern and clean! The house is exactly what we were looking for. The location is close to historical St Augustine and beaches alike. The owner is extremely easy to work with and responsive to any questions you might have. It was perfect for our needs!
