"Great St. Augustine bungalow close to the heart of it all."

The location was perfect for our long weekend, within walking distance to the historic district and its galleries, restaurants, and music. The property itself was very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The owner was easily accessible and responsive when we had a check-in question. I highly recommend this property for a get-away. St. Augustine is a gem.

"Quick overnight trip for Morher’s Day where we were very pleasantly surprised with our accommodations and the location."

Nice, newer home within walking of all of the action downtown. Bonus was a fantastic cafe 1/2 block from the house.

Small snafu with the code to get in but the owner quickly called back and could not have been nicer or more apologetic so really wasn’t an issue.

Home was very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Bathrooms were nice and supplies in showers were great. Beds were comfy. The back patio was great and private and the neighborhood was quiet. Location was nice. Just a few yards from the Blue Hen Cafe which was fabulous. Also walking distance to the St. Augustine Fish Camp restaurant., Winery, and Distillery. We would definitely rent here again!

We could not get the TV in the family room to work, but not a big deal for one night. Might be a good idea to leave some instructions or troubleshooting tips. TV in the bedrooms worked fine.
