Modern, Upscale, and New Blue Bungalow in the heart of Downtown St Augustine

The location was great. We walked 1 1/2 blocks to the Blue Hen Cafe. Excellent food.No complaints.

Location was great. Bungalow was beautiful. Great kitchen supplies. Plenty of towels. Owner was available.

Master bedroom mattress was not comfortable. Bunk bed mattresses were not comfortable. There was no connection for the cable on the TV. (It blinked on and off, but didn't stay on. Not sure this was included.) No body wash.

Home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Any questions were answered quickly. Nice quiet location within walking distance to downtown. Would recommend.

Spacious rooms, comfortable furnishings, nice porch and backyard patio, great location. Excellent cafe nearby, close to downtown and historical sites, restaurants.

Better facilities management is needed. Coffee carafe did not fit machine and did not work, not enough basic necessities: salt, spices, garbage bags, toilet paper. No written instructions for facilities or emergency phone numbers in the home. We could not operate two of three tvs, gas grill had no propane or instructions. Phone call and text to owner went unanswered.

Everything such as shampoo conditioner dish soap had too much perfumes. I believe it was from dollar store. The faucet in the kitchen was rusted. The water had so much chalk in it and smelling. Paying around 400 a night or any amount they should use single use of shampoo or conditioner. If you go to this house and you are planning to cook make sure you take oil salt pepper and your soap and shampoo.

The location was great. We could easily walk downtown and felt safe walking there.

Very scarce supplies. No extra towels or toilet paper.

This house was very close to downtown! We walked with my 3 year old to see the Night of Lights and it wasn't super far at all. Also was very clean and very cozy! Highly recommend!
