Himalayan view stay - Pahado wala ghar

Lovely owners and a decently good room for the price. The food was also tastier than what you generally find in Mussoorie. It’s a nice place for couples or friends who just want the privacy and quite of an offbeat location, while still staying close to mall road.

If you’re coming in a commercial vehicle, it’s a hassle. You have to cross Mall Road where such vehicles aren’t allowed at any time. The owners do offer pick-up and drop, but they do charge for it (more that I expected tbh)

The property is isolated in the hills, atmosphere is top notch, hospitality is outstanding. In the heart of mother nature.Note that if you want peace then only go for this property, if want a property near mall road try a different one.

The best aspect of this accommodation was the location. Sitting on the ridge above Mussoorie, there are amazing views of the Himalayan peaks (to the north) and the Doon Valley towards Dehradun (to the south). It is a quiet and relaxing place to stay, and the staff are attentive and very helpful.
