Himalayan view stay - Pahado wala ghar

I like staff behaviour both the brothers are good in communication. They convinced you to stay. If you want a view from your hotel then it's a good place to stay . But if you want to connect with the market and enjoy night life then it's isolated.

1) Charged water bottle, in every hotel on a daily basis two water bottles are complimentary but they charge 25 rs each. 2) They charged 150 rs for pick and drop from the hotel to the mall road on each side 150 rs. 3) If you calculate all these fares then it's more than the hotel present at mall road and also not convenient. 4) Rooms are very compact in respect of this price. 5) Food is overhyped by the owner but it's not worth.

Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Great hospitality and great food. Felt like my second home.

The staff- Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Gaurav - were very nice. They provided us with all possible guidance and advice as and when needed. The scenery from terrace was very nice, especially in the evening and night. The cook, Mr. Naresh, cooked delicious food for us. The pets, Kalu and Blacky, provided good company.

We were charged for every mineral water bottle from the very first day. Usually in all hotels, the guests get 2 bottles of water as complimentary per day. As the property was on top of mountain, Mr. Vaibhav picked us up and dropped in the Mall Road every day. The charge was 150₹ for each way. However, the very first pick up should have been free, otherwise how could the guests reach the property? Also, we were not informed about this charge beforehand. For local sightseeing, cab was arranged by them. But, the charge was very high (4000₹). However, when we took a cab from the Mall road, it was around 2500₹. We don't know if they will take any steps about these issues. But it would be great if they at least think about it.

The only thing which is best about this place is the host, but due to lack of resources they can't provide you any facilities. They don't have towels, Toiletries or even clean bed sheets or pillow covers. Neither They have ambience like home stay nor they have facilities like hotel.

1. Unhygienic, washrooms were not clean, bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and smelly. 2. In the room of two they provide u si glw towel and no Toiletries. 3. My first suggestion is to not to book as it's not worth the money still if u choose the place to please ask for pictures of the room prior booking as they have small rooms without wardrobe and in the name of mountain view they provide you messy backyard. 4. I am attaching pictures for the reference. Overall my experience was worst.
