For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a nonrefundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card. Excelente! Espaço tranquilo, conforto o que esperava.

Estamos na era de novas tecnologias, fiquei um pouco triste apenas por não ter uma tomada USB pelo quarto, fica a sugestão.

"Super erholsamer Schlaf in den bequemen Betten"

Das Bett war super bequem, und das Zimmer war auch super sauber. Das Frühstück und auch das Restaurant, waren super. Vegane Optionen. Nette Menschen im Restaurant Service.

An diesem Tag waren an der Rezeption alle etwas überfordert und dabei ging leider auch einiges schief. (Falsche Zimmerkarte, dann defekte Zimmerkarte, schlechte Beschreibung) Defekter Aufzug, fehlende Beschilderung zum SPA, defekte Sauna, viele Dinge im SPA die man reparieren/ sanieren sollte, Dusche Türen usw… also für 4 Sterne leider nicht optimal🙈

Gute Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Sintra Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Das Frühstück hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet, so gab es z.B keine frischen Säfte.
