For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a nonrefundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card. Qualidade do quarto (cama e almofadas confortáveis). Simpatia e disponibilidade do staff de sala (pequeno almoço e jantar).

Falta de organização das equipas, o que fez com que em situações de mais afluência, a resposta fosse mais demorada e confusa. Notou-se alguma falta de manutenção de infra-estruturas (nomeadamente piscina interior e sala de refeições). Pouca diversidade nas refeições (pequeno almoço e jantar). Manifestamente insuficiente para um hotel 4 estrelas. Comida quente sem sabor. Pouca solução para outros hábitos alimentares.
