For bookings of 9 or more rooms, the hotel will charge a nonrefundable prepayment of 50% of the entire reservation on the guest's credit card. Como dito no check-out: - toalhas de banho rasgadas, com buracos (não dá nada boa imagem) - quando cheguei marquei logo jantar mas colega da recepção disse que tinha ou á carta ou buffet mas eles é que escolhiam, no dia em questão disse que apenas havia buffet, quando cheguei ao restaurante vi varias pessoas a pedir á carta, quando fiz check-out disseram que tinha sido estagiário a atender e podia ter-se confundido. Para mim ainda é pior porque se é estagiário e ainda não está à vontade deveria estar acompanhado. - no restaurante queixei a um dos empregados que estava a levar com o sol na cara e não conseguia olhar para a frente pedi uma solução mas não arranjou nenhuma, mesmo havendo muitas mais mesas livres - pelo preço que paguei acho que podia ter sido muito melhor. Não me pareceu serviço de 4*
