Sea View 4 Bedroom Property in Mumbles

Very clean , easy to access , heating was right enough. Very easy to approach , But need to expect to pay 17 £ per 24 hr parking fees ( it was mentioned in advert post ) 9/10 , if toiletries are available in upstair bathroom , it will be 10/10 ( it doesn’t matter for us bc we have our own ) Thank you

The location was good. The beds were comfortable. The house was nice and warm

No opening windows in the lounge or 1st floor bedroom. No instructions for using the appliances ( oven and heating ) Ground floor bathroom drain smells. No spare refuse bags for the bins. Seating in the lounge not comfortable for 5 adults especially the Whicker chair. Plaster falling off behind the hallway radiator and lots of damp to exterior walls with black mould spots evident. Batteries missing from remotes and thermostat A suggestion when renting for the Christmas week, a bit of festive cheer would have been appreciated maybe a Christmas tree or a few Christmas ornaments or twinkling lights ??

The house was very comfortable, adequately equipped. The main bedroom (the only one we used), the bed was very comfy. We had a couple of issues that were resolved almost immediately. Cannot fault the owners or there team who manage the property.

Great location on the sea front with beautiful views. Exceptional clean. Spaced over 3 floors.

No parking, to be fair none of the properties on this road come with parking but it is an extra expense you need to factor in. There is parking across the road in a paid car park.

On street parking limited to 1 hour during daytime so you have to pay for Car Park

Spacious, clean, comfy beds, nice location and view, some tea, coffee and sugar provided, downstairs walk in shower, bath upstairs, 2 toilets

-Was given wrong lock box code so had trouble getting in at first but messaged on WhatsApp and they rang me and gave me the correct code. -Not enough toilet roll -No hand soap -No bin bags -1 fridge leaked inside -No ventilation in bedrooms as windows do not open -Stairs a bit hazardous, step needs to be widened when coming down second stairs and going into upstairs bathroom -Men came to do outside maintenance 1.5hrs before checkout time so we had to close the blinds for privacy and it made us uncomfortable

Key box was rusted/struggled to get keys out/in - Road outside very noisy/busy - finding daily Parking was a pain (£6 per day), next door houses had visitor permit cards given to them so free parking , no dishwasher/washing machine, No cooker/oven instructions/not straight forward, agent not much help after first call, house much smaller than photographs show, heating timer all wrong/cold upstairs, House info said refer to website for many things but that was a generic set up and utley useless, suggest stay in Langlands Bay!

The location.

The amount of problems in the property that were flagged on our last visit and that were not resolved even though there was 6 months between visits. This property is in no way maintained. Problems flagged from last time and not resolved. - Broken kitchen tap. - Broken, leaking fridge. Windows are screwed shut so you have no airflow in the main bedroom. Window is gaping downstairs in the front room so there is a huge draft. The hoover is broken. The dishwasher is broken. NONE of these issues were fixed from before and compensation was denied. New problems including the above. - Broken heating and banging pipes that woke us up at 3am twice. - Broken downstairs shower. Again, would not offer any compensation. Will be complaining officially to Booking.com, KG management who run this property offer disgraceful customer service and again, compensation denied. DO NOT STAY HERE!
