"Pleasant"

Location is great, bedrooms were all spacious. Bedding and linens all clean and comfy, plenty of towels.

Cleaning not to the correct standard, some mould in places, damp feel to the house when heating isn’t on. Back yard full of bin bags - overall cleaning is below par

Comfortable and spacious house with great location, towels and bed linen spotless, comfortable beds, good communication with KG rental company.

Unfortunately there was a leak under the sink, dishwasher broken, leak downstairs bathroom, mould in places, dirty windows/blinds and needed a good dust!

"Disappointing and no partial refund on what was clearly under par"

The location was great.

No washing machine, mould in both bathrooms and main bedroom. Bedroom window nailed shut and not rectified. Leaking kitchen tap, Both freezers completely frosted… causing water in the fridges. No instructions on how to use the complicated oven or rubbish removal. Dirty placemats. This house is owned by KG short stays and you are just a number. The maintenance man was nice but he couldn’t sort out replacing a window that was nailed shut. So no sea breeze for us.
