Sea View 4 Bedroom Property in Mumbles

Very scenic location overlooking the bay, property agents were efficient.

I have family in the area so know where and how to park as there is no designated parking, but this does involve regularly moving the car so as to avoid parking tickets. There are 2 key lock boxes on outside wall and on my arrival the keys were in the box which looks as if it is broken. The wifi router(with pass code) was located in the hall at a height of about 7ft, so had not been relocated after a previous comment. The agents had to send someone out to reach the router and forward the code. The stairs are very steep and possibly not suitable for someone with moderate mobility issues. There was a leak under the kitchen sink leaving pool of discoloured and smelly water, the tap on this sink also leaked and was fitted back to front so the blue circle meant hot water and vice versa, the downstairs toilet also leaked and the shower was a bit grubby, the upstairs toilet had an issue with refilling to be able to flush again. I reported the sink leak and wifi router issue and (after some dubious advice which required some retraining for the customer service agent) the agents responded quickly and efficiently but a few of the less obtrusive issues I did not report as I did not want to spend a lot of time reporting things. The photos of the property look better than the reality.

The property, its location and BEST of all the agents KG Properties who were SUPER friendly, helpful and prompt.

Booking through Booking.com. Their app would not allow me to send messages to their Customer Service. Every time it kept re-directing me to contact the property only. Also although my contract was with Booking.com the property's own agent had their own conditions which I had to accept. All in all I would not book again through Booking.com.

Great location with spectacular view of Swansea Bay. Promenade and coastal path on doorstep. Local public transport into Swansea and along the coast to the Gower peninsular (ANOB). Plenty of places to eat and drink.

Wi-Fi password could be in better location.
