Exquisite Central York Abode - Sleeps 6

The location of the property was amazing, as was the layout and furnishings. Great value, however there where did issues.

The lock box was difficult to find, if the video showed a landmark would have been easier, as was trying to work out how you then got in the property. Also one set of keys for a property that sleeps 6 made it difficult to do things as separate groups. There was no one on hand to address issues, although email assistance was offered (I was on holiday and didn't want to have to email back and forwards) The kitchen equipment was good... but a few more dishes, casserole dish, oven gloves for example would have made it better. The WiFi didn't work nor did the TV on site channels Bbc1 - but without a human point of contact (just call centre and emails - I didn't pursue these issues after the initial contact, though tbh I shouldn't have needed to!)

Loved the property such a lovely place to stay and we had an amazing time this was until we were accused of breaking a toilet seat which we hadn’t.

Had a lovely time in York and left the property in the exact same condition as we arrived, with not a thing out of place. We even spoke about coming back for a couple of nights in November, this was until a few days later we were notified that £120 was taken from our refundable deposit about a broken toilet seat which we hadn’t broken. Staff were useless it took nearly a month to get our money back. We kept being told incorrect information that a manager would contact us back but this never happened. We eventually got our money back nearly over a month later. STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE

Very clean Secure location and premises The apartment is very well looked after Everything provided in the kitchen Cleaning and washing supplies provided Communication with pass the properties was excellent, they were very helpful Comfy beds Nice big bath and lovely showers Pass the property are available for assistance if needed The key safes were a bit difficult to find but there was a video provided to help find them We will definitely be back for our next break

The apartment was very modern and comfortable and the location superb as it was both near the station and the centre of York. As it was a gated complex, we felt very safe and the landscaped gardens were just lovely. Everything outside in the gardens the communal areas inside and the apartment were very clean and tidy.

I wouldn't call it a criticism but a suggestion that the apartment supplies portable fans, particularly in the summer. Being a relatively new build , therefore very well insulated , it got uncomfortably hot during the night, even with the windows open. Also there was only one towel per person so would suggest an extra hand towel each would have been better.

Nothing really only thing was couldn’t work the heating to cool apartment down but apart from that fantastic

Apartment is amazing, everything you need, 8 minutes walking from tren station, 14 min walking to York mister.

Just to improve, the unity has several access door, to find the keys location could be a little confuse

the location was perfect , right across from the train station, when you come out of station look across the road at the white fence, walk through there and your at the property, easy walking distance to everything, city centre 😀

the only thing we found was the sofa , which was also the sofa bed wasn't big enough or comfy enough for a group of 6 , the other seating was chairs at a table , so didn't seem cosy enough when we were in the apartment
