Excellent location and standard of finish. Little extras - hairdryer, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk, cleaning products and tea towel available.

Directions to the property could have been better. Couldn’t find how to get into the complex- had to call up the property and also spoke to someone who lived in the complex. Explaining the entrance to find the area to collect the key fob was through a car park off a different road than the address provided would have made it much easier ( this detail was sent to me after I had to ring up). Minor issue of no hot water initially for the shower - discovered it wasn’t switched on at the heating panel after some initial confusion (as there were no instructions about heating other than you can adjust the temperature). Again, just a simple additional bit of info would be helpful. The addition of a mirror near a plug socket would be useful for drying hair with a hairdryer - no sockets near the mirrors available. Some additional glassware in the kitchen would also be useful - only 4 wine glasses, some glass tumblers would be good. As a cherry on top also some champagne glasses would make it perfect.

Lovely modern apartment, close to the amenities, has everything you need. My friends and I have stayed here twice thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's only a few minutes walk from the train station, which was ideal for us as we are of a certain age

The only thing we missed was somewhere to hang our coats, didn't want to put coat in wardrobe as they were wet, would have made other things damp.

Easy location for the station and city. Quiet gated property

Bed sheets and duvet covers. No underblanket. Better if the cleaner came to the property instead of finding her standing by the key safe on departure.

Finding key box was not easy and there were 2 with the same number which caused a bit of confusion

Considering the price I would have expected a few pleasantries like...tea, coffee, milk and water. Bog standard soap and a loo roll that looked like it was taken from a public toilet. Stayed in a different apartment managed by the Cosy Club which felt like they took care with the small detail...unlike this one
