Centrally Located 2Bed Flat With Balcony & Parking

Checking in and out was so easy apartments was of a very high standard I stay in Cardiff a lot and this is one of the best standards I have ever seen location was perfect easy access to shopping restaurants and bars

Got a code for entry via a boom bar code didn’t work had to wait for somebody to come with a fob to let us in . It said free parking in bay 172 with parking permit left in flat there wasn’t a parking permit let letting agent stay right straight away all weekend the only answer we got was they were escalating our request they escalated it that much King Charles must of received it we had to leave our car at our daughters were she had to drive us around or we had to pay 18 pounds for a cab . Apartment was clean and tidy but our holiday was totally spoilt

Close to beautiful park. Walkable around town. Right about fun restaurants and a grocery store. Staff was responsive to calls & quick to assist.

A little far from the city cent, however made up for by proximity to parks & restaurants.

Location was perfect for our needs. Very response to requests as we had to extend the rental

Instructions on how to access the lockbox weren't very clear so had to send a couple of queries via email but the problem was resolved quickly

Lovely flat in a good location - away from city centre but train station a walkable distance. Parking was busy but usually a space free. There is a pub opposite which was quite loud late into the night (which was to be expected) but this didn’t really bother us - just noting as this may bother some

The check in process was a bit of a nightmare - we weren’t sent any info and as there was no staff members on site, our only option was to phone the number provided via booking.com. After phoning about 5 times we eventually got sent information over, however we feel this should’ve been sent in advance. Upon arriving to the flat, we discovered the wifi didn’t work - meaning we couldn’t use the TV all weekend, however we had data on our phones so wasn’t the end of the world. I emailed customer service about this - and they were responsive, until they weren’t - I emailed back that i couldn’t access the wifi as the password they had given was wrong and they either never received the two follow-ups i sent or completely ignored them. On the first night, we had people knocking on our door at around 11:40pm. We put this down to drunk people returning from the pub, but as a young woman this made me feel very unsafe and anxious. The night before we checked out (which was also coincidentally my birthday) one of the pipes in the property must have burst as we had water leaking all over the kitchen floor. This resulted in us having to turn the water off for the flat and left us unable to use the toilet, shower, or even taps to make ourselves a drink. We hadn’t been provided with an out of hours phone number and all we could find was an “emergency” phone number who couldn’t help or send anyone out as all they’re contracted to deal with is the communal areas of the property and not individual flats. I did email to make the hosts aware however didn’t receive a response until after we left (which was expected). Customer service did email to offer a half bothered apology however no form of compensation was offered for the stress and inconvenience of the stay and lack of responsiveness from customer service. Overall, we wouldn’t stay again
