The directions to find and access the property were excellent. It is well located for access to Reading town centre.

The property is in desperate need of maintenance. The building itself is run down, the flat had handles hanging off the door. It is in need of a deep clean there were dead flies on the floor in the lounge and around the fridge. The arm chair in the lounge was dirty and needs a steam clean. The beds have seen better days, the mattresses need replacing. In short if you are looking for student / cheap standard accomodation then your expectations will be met. We left a day earlier than planned.

"Fab flat in the heart of Reading"

Very friendly and helpful hosts, very clean and spacious, with no problems at all during our stay :) would highly recommend for weekend stays!
