This is a beautifully decorated cottage with first class amenities. Ann and Brendan were so welcoming and the location of this peaceful little gem is just perfect.

Our stay was too short!

Beautiful little cottage, very tastefully decorated. Everything has been well thought out by the owners Brendan & Anne, it has everything that you need. Would highly recommend.

We liked everything

This place is just so beautiful. Ann is just so lovely, came down and talked to us and gave us recommendations on some nice pubs and places to eat. The place itself was just beautiful. The garden is just amazing, the weather was on our side and we sat outside and had a drink and it was just so peaceful. Inside is just so cute and very nicely done, with all the wee extras like a welcome basket with soda farls and crisps and orange juice in the fridge. It was my husbands birthday so Ann left a bottle of wine and some beer in the fridge too which was just so nice. The aquarium is literally across the road and I would definitely recommend it was very good. The location is so good too!!!

That we didn't book for longer!!!!!!!

From the moment we arrived there was such a lovely sense of peace and calm with the beautiful pots of flowers along the driveway...we opened the door into the cottage and, again, the sense of calm with everything so beautifully decorated in shades of blue, was just delightful. We felt immediately at home and relaxed. My only negative comment is that every time I sat down to relax I seemed to fall asleep!! Everything was just so comfortable... Then there was the beautifully equipped kitchen and welcome basket...so thoughtful and much appreciated!! Walking around is so easy...2 minutes to the water and a few more to the marina...a few minutes to great shops and coffee and ice cream shops...and just accross from Exploris (that's one for next time!)....

I liked EVERYTHING!

Beautifully laid out accommodation with everything you need. Gorgeous comfortable bed. Lovely toiletries. Perfectly clean. 3 minutes walk from the waterfront in Portaferry. Ann and Brendan are wonderful hosts.
