Villa con Piscina Privata a 2 kilometri da Tropea

Siamo arrivati venerdì sera molto tardi. Abbiamo chiesto all'Host Daniele di fornirci un lettino da campeggio per nostro figlio (che ci aveva assicurato di esserselo procurato) ma all'arrivo non c'era. Mancavano anche gli asciugamani, il bagno perdeva e l'acqua non scorreva. Non c'è nemmeno una tazza per fare colazione e ci siamo trovati una pentola sporca di olio vecchio sul tavolo da pranzo! Daniele, quando abbiamo fatto presente il tutto, ci ha attaccato telefonicamente. La piscina era sporca, piena di animali morti. Dopo averlo detto hanno comprato un retino per pulirla

Ho apprezzato la piscina, gli spazi esterni, ampio bagno, comoda cucina.

Non abbiamo apprezzato: WiFi non funzionante nonostante avessimo fatto presente la mancata rete, stacco dell’acqua improvviso senza essere avvisati da nessuno per manutenzione, odori sgradevoli in bagno che provenivano dalle tubature, forte umidità dell’appartamento, mancanza di climatizzatore.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, man braucht ca. zehn Minuten mit dem Auto nach Tropea. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und auch einige Liegen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war eher mager, ein paar Teller mehr, Kaffeetassen und ein kleiner Topf würden nicht schaden. Wir hatten auch ab und zu Probleme mit kaltem Wasser in der Dusche, das wurde manchmal dann vom Host geklärt.

A car is required to use this property; the center of Tropea is approximately 7 km away. The property is located in a very quiet area, on a hill. It's a good base for further exploration of Calabria.

Screen nets on the windows and patio doors would be appreciated; ours were always open, so there was no need to use the air conditioning. The kitchen was a bit sparse (one teaspoon in the apartment), there were no glasses (the owner provided them immediately upon request), and there was no kettle to heat water. There was a problem with the hot water and water pressure, which made showering difficult. However, the owner responded quickly to any reports of a lack of hot water.

Sehr gute, qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung des Appartments. Zeitunabhängige Schlüsselübergabe per Code am Tor. Jederzeitige telefonische Verfügbarkeit von Daniele. Genial ist der Kamin im Schlafzimmer. Schöner Pool.

Die - sehr schöne - Küche könnte ein wenig mehr ausgestattet sein. Alles Wesentliche war da und zum Pasta-machen absolut ausreichend, aber für einen Hobbykoch könnte man ein paar Messer, Töpfe, Flaschenöffner hinzufügen.
