The owner Danielle was very nice he picked us up from the station of tropea up to the villa and when we we're going to check out he offered to drop us off at the station and the room and the facilities were brilliant

The only disappointment was that we couldn't use the pool during our stay which wasn't open at the time but other than that it was brilliant

La casa è in un ottima posizione che permette di raggiungere in breve tempo la bellissima Tropea. Il proprietario attento e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per le nostre cene. La casa è spaziosa e facilmente raggiungibile. Consigliatissimo.

+ Big and cozy apartment especially the living room + also big, nice garden area where you can walk around + Very comfy bed + Quiet surrounding area + bathroom was big and looks fancy

Kindly note that we stayed during winter. - Please be aware there's no wife and bad mobile data connection/signal - AC/heater only in the living room - Shower head was old so the water was splattering everywhere - Mold on the wall side of the bathtub - Washing machine is outside the villa in a small shed, and when we checked it's dirty, rusty and looks unused for a long time - Kitchen is not complete - no oven, kettle, or toaster - Walls/ceiling are thin, so you can hear louds noises from other guests - Old and dirty sponge in the kitchen, so we had to buy a new one

Beautiful villa with nice garden and pool and view. Good location with a car. Comfortable bed. Clean. Spacious top appartement with a cosy vibe.

The communication is really bad. Questions dont get answered. We stayed in the attick appartement which was nice and has a lot of potential but it didn't seem to be finished. The outside area was more of a storage than a terrace as stated in the description. No furniture to sit. The fridge was so loud and also there is something wrong with the plumbing in the bathroom, there is a constant noise of running water. There is no WiFi signal although there is a router, but not strong enough to reach the attick. After mentioning no answer came back. Missing kitchen utilities.

La villa è bella dotata di piscina e parcheggio. Posta nel verde a pochi km da tropea..

Il gestore è stato piuttosto antipatico e scocciato...la pulizia lascia a desiderare il copriletto era sporco e c'erano ragnatele negli angoli.
