Villa con Piscina Privata a 2 kilometri da Tropea

The accommodation was beautiful! A quiet location with a very nice outdoor area. The pool is of course the highlight and a wonderful place to relax. The interior is also beautifully furnished. Daniele was always available and always helpful. Tropea can be reached very quickly by car. Also the very beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, except for a few basic groceries such as salt, pepper, a few spices or oil. It would have been nice if these things had been in stock. I had the first floor apartment which was perfect for quick access to the pool. Just a note, the description is a bit confusing - the villa is shared with several parties.

It would have been nice if the accommodation had been for adults only. The children, who were also there from the third day of my stay, took over the pool and unfortunately it wasn't very quiet then. It's best to find out in advance whether a family + children are staying there at the time of your stay, if you're looking for a quiet stay.

The apartment was very nice.

While the apartment itself was beautiful, I cannot give a higher rating due to the poor service and misleading description. The listing gives the impression that you're getting a whole villa, but in reality, it’s divided into smaller apartments. We stayed in the ground-floor unit. Upon arrival—one hour later than the designated check-in time—we were shocked to find the apartment in a complete mess. It hadn’t been cleaned, and we had to wait 4 hours before we could finally enter. To make matters worse, we didn’t receive towels until 9 PM that night, and no one offered an apology for the inconvenience. When someone did show up to give us the towels, they acted like nothing was wrong. Additionally, our apartment did not have air conditioning. While we didn’t necessarily need it during our stay, the listing was misleading. It seems like some of the other units may have it, but ours didn’t, which wasn't clear from the description. The kitchen was also lacking in basic essentials. There was literally nothing provided—no coffee, salt, or any basic supplies that you might expect in a vacation rental. The bathroom, too, was missing basic toiletries like shampoo. Overall, while the apartment itself was lovely, the lack of care from the staff, misleading listing, and absence of basic amenities left us disappointed.

Konrad the host was fantastic. He whatsapped the day before to make contact and arrived on time. His English was perfect - the house is lovely.

The shower head did not fit into the holder on the wall so all showers we done by holding the shower head - this could be fixed very easily!

We liked the apartment located on the second floor of the villa. We liked that it was in the country but still close to town. It was clean and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace after a day of sight seeing and I loved the kitchen surrounded by windows with a view of the sea and land.

The yard needs some attending to make this an exceptional place to stay. Simple things like cleaning up dead vegetation would add to its appeal. The host needs to be in more contact with the renters. He did not respond to our messages when we arrived and it was 40 minutes of waiting and wondering before someone arrived with the keys and showed us the apartment. By this time it was dark. We needed a couple things, like a blanket and it took him a day to get back to us.

Bed was comfortable, terrace was nice. Kitchen overall well equipped although missing a couple of key items.

No cork screw in the kitchen and no kitchen towels. Shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while

A very nice and quiet place, really close to Tropea, all the beaches 10 minutes by car. The apartment is large with its own kitchen and it feels like a home where you can have your own breakfast or dinner. There is a sea view from the balcony where you can watch the sunset above the sea. The owner and the manager are ready to help if you need anything. We definitely recommend the place and would like to return should we visit Calabria again.

WOW! This villa really exceeded our expectations. We hired a car for our trip around Italy so we were happy to stay a little further out. It was only a 8 minute drive to the centre of Tropea. The villa itself was so beautiful. The rooms were huge & spacious. We really enjoyed cooking in our kitchen & waiting the sunset go down. You can also see the ocean from the villa! The beds were super comfortable & everything was super clean. The host was very lovely & shared with us some great restaurant recommendations, free parking recommendations in town, supermarket recommendations, etc. We stayed 3nights here but definitely could've stayed for a week. We loved Tropea so much because of our lovely experience at this villa. Thank you for a great stay!
