Entire holiday home with FREE parking & fast WIFI

Nice house, with everything we needed, conveniently situated near the centre of Ambleside. We had a designated parking space outside.

Being on the main road it was quite noisy from early morning until late evening. There was no outside space.

Great location, well equipped and very comfortable bed and sofa-bed which was a nice surprise.

It’s on a busy corner so a lot of traffic noise but not all the time.

Great location. Easy walk to buses, lake etc.

Hosts website and information very clear and helpful. Location is ideal for getting in and out of Ambleside and the parking is a bonus

They are obviously in the process of replacing the windows but the one in the bedroom and living room are damaged and therefore the noise from the busy road is as if the windows are open. We may have been unfortunate and followed some particularly messy guests but the carpet and sofa in the living room could have done with a good clean.

Large space, good location for the town. Quite noisy due to motorcycles filling up at the petrol station opposite and reving their engines when setting off

Convenient for Ambleside. Allowed us our own space with the dog.

Nowhere to sit outside to relax in the nice weather. Also on a very busy junction with traffic from all sides of the property. However, was sufficiently quiet enough to sleep at night.

Great location , nice property .

Cold ! Not very welcoming . Heating could have been on for us arriving to warm it up , or even take chill off . Just a suggestion going forward . That was the only problem with it .
