We were informed there’s someone to respond 24/7 we didn’t get detailed information on how to get in the premises till Wednesday early in the morning. Whereas I tried to contact them on Tuesday upon my arrival. Worst few hours. Pls check the trail of our messages back and forth. Very stressful and no apology…

Pretty comfy beds, central location in the city, A lot of things can be walked to or easily accessed by the metro/bus Service was helpful and you had an answer within an hour or two by text or instantly when calling The Keys were in a Lockerbox at the Door Entrance so really easy handling of that.

It was kind weird that we couldn't lock any of the doors. But maybe that's a danish thing and we as Germans aren't used to it. :)

the property was large and in a great position

The location is perfect, you can reach the centre in 5 minutes. Nice, cozy apartment.

Very warm apartment, as the apartment is in the old building the heating system is awful. Too warm, too dry in one part of the flat, too cold, too humid in the second. But it's just a little tiny minus:)

Spacious. Very close to everything you needed. Quick 10 min walk to grocery, metro, palace and National Museum is across the street.

Coming from America, I didn't realize the 3rd floor actually means the 4th level as we count the ground floor as 1. So you get a daily work out at this walk up.

Property was large and clean. Terrace would have been lovely in warmer weather. Beds were comfortable. Great area, near Tivoli.

I didn't realise there was no lift until the entry info came through and that was a bit of an issue for me. The flat was warm when we arrived, but there didn't seem to be any way of regulating the temperature, and the main areas were cold in the evening. For £400 per night I expected at least a couple of coffee and tea sachets and a little washing up liquid. The shower products were a waste of time - poor quality and half empty.
