Spacious and clean

The location and the facilities were great. The apartment was clean and exceeded expectations in terms of how clean it was and how good the location was, really cheap.

I liked it all, it really exceeded expectations and had everything you could have needed

The location was great and ideal for everything that we wanted to do,

When we arrived the property had not been cleaned. We advised the accommodation hosts immediately who initially offered to move us out for the first night and then move us back after the property had been cleaned. They then offered us another property in a different part of Copenhagen. As the property was in a great location we elected to stay and clean the apartment, including washing bedding, towels etc, ourselves but wanted a refund of 30%, The host advised that they could not deal with the refund until the Monday, which was the day we returned to the UK On returning to the UK the hosts did not contact us, nor would they reply to our emails, we tried to phone but our calls were not answered. We therefore felt we had no choice other than to contact Booking.com who were excellent and tried themselves to contact the hosts, again with out success. As a gesture of good faith Booking.com kindly made a payment to us, which was much appreciated.

Good location, large apartment, nice view :)

The location was excellent, with many places of interest in walking distance and an easy journey from the airport. The terrace was a nice tranquil spot for breakfast and to chill out at the end of the day.😊

Traffic a little noisy at night in bedrooms at front of apartment if windows open but not a big problem.

nice and spacious apartment in the city centre with everything you need for your stay and plenty of beds

the floors were dirty. vacuuming was not done properly. there was a SIM card extender stuck in one of the doorframes. the rugs were dirty and there were things in it too

The apartment was very well kept and clean. Very well decorated and very cosy for a few days. The hosts were very attentive at all times. The location is unbeatable.
