The elevator were not working and they booked me in the 22nd floor No hot water No WiFi No electricity No service but they charged 75 usd for it No refund of security deposit

Nicely decorated, good location, secure, plentiful drinking water

Booking process a complete faff (e.g. too many messages from YourHost), shower sometimes not hot enough, no socket near the working desk (what's the point of the desk?), floor not super clean, tiny bottles of shower gel completely insufficient, charges $5 for extra clean towels and $30 for a change of bedding + towels, cleaners didn't attend to the property in the one week I was there (was told the cleaning fee I paid was a post checkout cleaning fee). Basically charges extra for everything.

Safety, cleanliness, autonomy, location. Restaurant on site.

The clothes horse was broken

The place felt homely and it was in the city which was perfect

- there is no AC/ Fan - we paid for cleaning , but no one came to clean out place or change bed sheets and towels at all. - we had to request new towels and when we did we were asked to pay an additional $5. - we only had one tissue roll in the toilets which was in the guest toilet and not the main bedroom toilet.
