The breakfast was okay. Friendly and welcoming restaurant staff who cherished the opportunity to serve guests.

YourHost or Capital M Managers can do much more to improve the guests' experience upon arrival. The usual practice is that YourHost mandates that all guests submit their information and form of identity to its website ahead of arrival for smooth check-in processes. Upon arrival at the property, guests are again subjected to the same process of submitting identity to the security and front desk. This begs the question of WHY YourHost collected the guest's information and Identity in the first place, as YourHost could have shared the guest's information collected before the guest's arrival with its managers at the site, including the security guards. These duplicated exercises are frustrating, to say the least, to a guest who just landed from a 14-hour flight, having to watch as these dramas unfold. If the above was not frustrating enough, twice I got to the Capital M building, twice there was confusion about the apartment and obtaining the access key to my apartment, and twice we waited for the confusion to be sorted out in front of the lift while the security go up and down multiple times to sort things. I am sure the check-in process can be better than what guests currently go through if the security and front desk staff are trained to appreciate how these little glitches take away from the customer experience.

The location is wonderful and centrally positioned for purpose.

The hostile conduct of one of the ROMO restaurant staff toward guests on the property. I suggest that future guests walk to the Hyatt Regency Hotel, which is 3 minutes away, to enjoy a good menu and World-Class service.
