Great location, very comfortable apartment.

The couch in the lounge was a little uncomfortable.

Location was perfect.Place was as pictured.Security was on point and loved there was an option of late night and early open nice Romo place to eat.They even delivered room service for free.

Cleaning and maintenance details.Had to pay $10 for a change of clean bed sheets or $23 for house up keep.

The units were spacious and modern. House keeping was doing a good job of cleaning.

Check-in was very tedious: At first, the location was shared only by street address and the driver had trouble finding it. The phone number that was shared didn't pick up for clarifications. The security guards refused access at first, because there was no guest registration. After some time, the security guards helped with registration. This way, it was possible to get to the front desk for check-in. They asked for 70 USD security deposit which was not listed anywhere in the booking information. Instead of making a reservation to hold payment on the credit card, they deducted the amount in full immediately. Later, front desk staff gave the floor number, but didn't give a key card to activate the elevator.. The pool was a poorly cleaned indoor pool on the top floor. The "lounge" was a neglected room next to the pool. Not hot water in the shower. Upon inquiring, the information was that "that's normal". Scam warning: Shortly before check-out, information was given that the security deposit would be returned in full, but it could take a few weeks to process. It was never returned. When inquiring about it, it was claimed that we had caused damages of 80 USD.

The size and layout of the unit, Location, host and security were exceptionally good

The landlord agent, YourHost, made its process work this time around. I am impressed that they listened to my previous comments and implemented their check-in process, in the process making the check-in experiences seamless

The apartment is as described and per the pictures. It was a comfortable lovely stay with everything I needed available. The room was spacious with a huge bed. It is secured with great amenities available and staff to assist at any point. A restaurant on the ground floor was the perfect addition as it made it easier to get meals on the go. Location is great in the middle of Westlands with easy access to all other parts of the city. Very happy to stay here again.

Too noisy over the weekend. There’s a bar or club close by and even with the windows closed, you can hear them til early hours.

Loved the unit and the location.

Had to call for almost a full day for the linen to be changed as it was dirty on arrival. No one came to do a touch-up/ clean during the whole stay duration.
