I liked everything about the apartment and moved into it after having stayed at their emerald line apartment. It's literally perfect! It's really large, well decorated, and super well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the linens and towels are decent. Moreover, its very conveniently located in Westlands. The host was also communicative and helpful. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

I mostly liked the apartment and would stay again... I suppose a change of linen, twice a week, and some cleaning supplies in the apartment (for self-cleaning) would be a great improvement. Still, they are transparent about what they offer and in four serviced apartments (2 nearly double this price) that I have stayed at in Nairobi, this was my favorite.

I liked how big the property was and how nice the guards and receptionists were. But the host was rude, the place was dirty with fur everywhere, and the internet kept cutting out. When I complained, I felt like I was being too demanding.

The place was dirty, and the host was rude. For example, when I left the airport, I messaged the host to let them know I was on my way to the apartment. They asked me to come to their office to make the payment first. When I went to their office building, I felt the place was unsafe to leave my luggage with a taxi driver I had never met. So, I called them and asked if I could first go to the apartment to drop off my luggage. However, they insisted that I come up to the 7th or 9th floor with my credit card. It was only when I threatened to cancel the booking that they allowed me to go to the apartment and eventually sent me a link to make the payment.

The Location, Size of Apartment & Kitchen Amenities.

Airconditioning is very important in Nairobi now...or at least a Fan. A Fan was provided after requesting, but should be a standard facility. Housekeeping is chargeable (even for Towel Changing), even for a 5-day stay! All other Apartments include Housekeeping on Daily-basis. If not daily, it should be done at least every alternate day...and Towels be changed daily.
