The Yorkshire Crown - Wake Up Apartments

I recently stayed at the Yorkshire Crown Apartment and had a wonderful experience. Communication with one of the owners, Luke, was excellent both before and during my stay — he was very polite, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, and the festive decorations were a really thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. I was there for just over two weeks, and during my long stay I was kindly offered cleaning and laundry services throughout. Although I didn’t need to use these as I have a house locally, the offer was very much appreciated. When I did need bins emptied, I simply left them outside the door and they were collected promptly on both occasions. The bed was extremely comfortable and cosy, and the lighting in both the living room and bedroom was perfect — not too bright, but warm and relaxing, creating a lovely atmosphere. The apartment could get a little chilly at times, but the heating was very easy to use and kept the space at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic stay with great attention to detail and excellent communication. I would highly recommend the Yorkshire Crown Apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Easy to find, centrally located. Modern, well presented and very clean/tidy.

Property was absolutely spot on for my needs. Some noise from outside but it was Saturday night and to be expected.

Lovely apartment, clean & modern. Perfectly situated for the majority of bars & restaurants in Harrogate. Requested an early check-in, which was arranged quickly via WhatsApp with Luke. Will definitely return here next time we visit.

I don't recall seeing anything on booking.com that mentions the steep long stairs up to the apartment. If it's there, it didn't jump out at us and maybe needs to be made clearer. For anyone with restricted mobility, the stairs would be a nightmare.  Looks like the previous occupant may have messed up the TV settings? We couldn't get the TV to re-tune, and there was ZERO info about the TV in your welcome pack. We called for help, but you never came back to us. All of the WiFi linked services (Netflix etc) worked fine. One of the two wine glasses in the kitchen cupboard was filthy. Your cleaners need to be more vigilant. I have sent you a photo.
