I don't recall seeing anything on booking.com that mentions the steep long stairs up to the apartment. If it's there, it didn't jump out at us and maybe needs to be made clearer. For anyone with restricted mobility, the stairs would be a nightmare.  Looks like the previous occupant may have messed up the TV settings? We couldn't get the TV to re-tune, and there was ZERO info about the TV in your welcome pack. We called for help, but you never came back to us. All of the WiFi linked services (Netflix etc) worked fine. One of the two wine glasses in the kitchen cupboard was filthy. Your cleaners need to be more vigilant. I have sent you a photo.

Superb location right in the centre, nice and clean, great bath & shower, comfy bed and great value for money!

The ‘bones’ of the apartment were fabulous..I just wanted to inject some love into the furniture, cushions etc but that really is the designer in me!

Close to all places of interest. Excellent clean place.

Lovely and spacious.

One minor issue - the curtains were too small for the bedroom so let the light in. Basic thing to be able to resolve and not a lot of money.

Fabulous location next to the town

Ideal location with free parking nearby, huge space for two with big living room and sizeable kitchen with everything you could need. The apartment looks just like the photos with lots of light coming in, everything brand new and comfy bed. Will definitely rebook if I come to Harrogate again.

The blinds had a couple loose screws and the blind fell off when I went to roll it down but I'm sure just a one off mishap.

Had everything you want. Brilliant location. Very clean and modern.

Two flights of stairs, didn’t bother me but might be a problem for others with limited mobility.

Really nicely decorated. Great kitchen and bathroom. Excellent location.

Uncomfortable mattress. 10am check-out time is a bit early.
