USCharming; great kitchen layout; comfortable spacious main bedroom.
GBSpotlessly clean and tidy. Well appointed kitchen & bathrooms. Very cosy atmosphere. Ideally located for NYMR station, numerous pubs and eateries.
Car parking outside is public and a space is not guaranteed, but there are plenty of alternatives nearby. We parked elsewhere at first and quickly shifted the car when a space opposite the property became available.

GBLovely Cottage, very comfortable within easy access to bus routes and within walking distance of the steam trains and centre which has lots of shops and exceptional butchers
Everything was perfect - just a small thing to note is the staircase to the upper bedroom Is quite steep if you have mobility problems
GBSeparate floors both with bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable lounge, pretty back garden. Pickering is a lovely little town.
The knob on the front door was extremely hard to turn. Even with both hands. My friend couldn't open it all as she is recovering from breaking her wrist. On arrival, we were about to give up and call the owner when I managed to open it. I struggled again from the inside when we were going out for the evening. I used a damp cloth and took it with me so I could be sure to get back in late at night. We were a bit concerned about being able to get out in an emergency. We couldn't find a way out onto the street from the back of the house.
