GBThe location was fantastic! Lovely to be able to walk into Pickering.
GBNice cottage however windows in bedrooms didn't open in rooms so was stuffy and hot. In the case fans should have been provided. I hate rooms with closed windows!
Parking info was supplied however parking was difficult
GBCentral location, lovely garden to sit in ,well equipped, clean and nicely played out.
Electric fire had to be on longer to take chill off room.
GBThis sweet cottage was our base as we explored the North Yorkshire Moors. It was charming and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for the week. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions. We would happily come back and stay again.
NOGreat location. Great kitchen with everything we would need. Great house in every way. We loved it. Nice and clean, everywhere. One tip, though. There should be a better discription of the layout of the house on booking.com. For example, it should say that the house is over 3 floors; livingroom and kitchen on the first level, the main bedroom and bathroom on the second level, and the second bedroom and bathroom on the top level. There should also be pictures of both bathrooms on booking.com.
There should be an instruction-book for the dishwasher. We didn't figure that one out, so we just washed our dishes by hand. The washing-machine worked great, but I needed to clean the laundry-detergent-drawer before use. That was very dirty. An instruction manual for the stove would be great too. Especially for people not used to gas. I got it to work, but fumbled a bit before I got it.
GBLoved everything about the house and area. It was a great break away for the four of us.

I think a handrail on the wall in the bathroom would be helpful to aid getting in and out of the bath.

Poor quality TV. Cooker knobs get very hot when using the grill.
GBLovely cottage in the centre of Pickering, very quiet for a main road. Choice of restaurants close by. Even though it was December all very warm and cosy inside. Instructions for arrival excellent.
