Parking is just free for all public access so you can't always rely on getting a space close by.
GBGreat little property, right in the centre of Pickering, with the main attractions (railway, castle, church) and a supermarket all just a few minutes walk away. Small cottage with a cozy little living room, and two decent sized bedrooms, each with their own bathroom facilities.
No private parking - you have to hope there's a spot available in the public parking across the street (not ideal after a 3+ hour drive). Some of the plates/bowls weren't very clean when we arrived. Lockbox was a bit tricky to use to access the keys.

Parking at the cottage not guaranteed but lots of options nearby. We did manage to park outside the cottage for most of our stay.

GBEverything we needed was provided, with lots of details that made our stay very comfortable. Nice crockery and cutlery, for example. Very comfy beds. Lovely bathrooms.
The public parking over the road often full, so couldn’t park there every day. Plenty of free parking just around the corner though.
